Responsibilities:

We are looking for service technicians with Chrysler, Mopar & Stellantis experience that will be responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.

• Diagnose cause of malfunction.

• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.

• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.

• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.

• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

  Qualifications:

• Chrysler, Mopar, Stellantis experience a plus

• Prior automotive technician experience required

• ASE and manufacturer certification, desired

• NYS Inspector's license a plus

• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($54,448.00 to $115,900.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
