This position reports to Media Manager Southern Europe & France Cluster and is based in Maroussi (Athens – Greece)

What you will do

As part of Kenvue’s Media Department, the Media Manager will have 2 levels of responsibility: 1) OTC brands across the cluster 2) act as single Media contact for Greece, Israel and Balkans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a capability champion and partner – the OTC Media Manager will be responsible for developing innovative media strategies and executing media plans that drive best return on investment.

  • Contribute to SE Media Team to accelerate our media capabilities (including trainings).

  • Be the main point of contact for all media related questions from assigned brands and the connecting link to our media agency.

  • Lead the development of media strategies (from brief to final plan) & lead the flawless execution of the plans.

  • Fully use econometrics outputs, research, and competitive insights to accelerate media performance and ROI.

  • Optimize media spend allocation across brands throughout the year

  • Lead the implementation of media innovations.

  • Ensure that all regulatory and quality processes are deployed and implemented per approved procedures.

  • Lead Media Interactions with assigned countries, being able to share and explain media situation, evolution, priorities, and strategies to each country teams, participating into specific countries’ core meetings as Media representative

  • Ensure working media as part of an End-2-end approach to brand marketing and guarantee Media is not treated as an isolated effort

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • 6 years of work experience in media management (at media agency and/or in media team).

  • Previous experience in healthcare/OTC categories as a must.

  • Previous experience in marketing brand management a plus.

  • Proven experience in developing & implementing effective 360 media strategies.

  • Very good understanding of all media channels, passionate for digital media and well in touch with the latest technology trends.

  • Able to collaborate and communicate on different levels including Top Management (good communication & presentation skills).

  • Good knowledge of Agile methodology & Ways of Working

  • Ability to prioritize while maintaining the highest attention to detail.

  • Great teammate with high service mentality.

  • Enjoys working in a fast paced & constantly evolving environment.

  • Proficient in English and Greek.

  • Strategic and Analytical thinking to obtain insights and drive action.

  • Personal impact, able to collaboratively influence others, credibility.

  • Ability to interface effectively with executive management and functional disciplines.
