Job Description Summary

Partner with business leadership to manage branding, product and/or services promotion, and partner with the business to provide functional expertise. Participate in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. Drive customer communications program success in the areas of marketing communications, digital communications & events management. Operates with some autonomy but are typically subject to standard sales practices and procedures. The ideal candidate for this role needs to be creative, strategic, and skilled in digital marketing techniques, with a passion for HealthCare, technology and storytelling.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications Strategy and Execution

  • Develop Marketing and Communications strategy and execution plan in line with the defined portfolio.

  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly plans in line with the broad strategies and ensure they align to business priorities while adhering to the budget.

  • Support SBUs to attain business objectives by executing 360-degree marcom activities to drive higher brand recall for products and solutions.

  • Collaborate with Global Marketing and Communications team to execute global plans and programs in the region.

Digital Media Campaign Planning and Management

  • Partner with SBUs and agencies in planning, developing and executing innovative and integrated digital marketing campaigns, across various media channels.

  • Drive marketing campaign performance management (accountability around key marketing initiatives, benchmarking) to measure, analyze and manage end-to-end marketing efforts.

  • Optimize each digital campaign through intermittent deep dive analysis and pivot in order to achieve high ROI.

  • Ensure best practices in marketing automation, lead management and revenue marketing management to optimize each campaign.

  • Ensure smooth coordination with each external and internal stakeholders for seamless execution.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in digital marketing space and share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders.

Content Strategy and Management

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams for content creation, dissemination, maintenance, optimization, and reporting.

  • Establish clear processes, and define, document, and implement best practices in content and digital asset creation and management.

  • Proactively recognize opportunities to reuse, repackage and optimize content to maximize return on the company’s content investment.

  • Review performance of content pieces against KPIs and offer suggestions for improvement.

  • Ensuring all the content adhere to the regional and global brand guidelines and local marketing compliance.

NPI Launches

  • Provide Marcom support for NPI launches from conceptualization to strategy.

  • Develop & execute launch plan in order to drive traction and commercial outcomes.

Web content management & e-commerce strategy

  • Build and execute the integrated web content strategy for India website

  • Enhance the Website performance by implementing user experience best practices and increase the organic traffic on regional website through SEO efforts, regular audits, implementing changes and regular reviews for webpages and their content

  • Continually enhance customer website experience by improving and innovating content, design, flow of existing webpages and adopting new tools and technologies to improve the traffic and conversions

  • Update the website and product page content as per the global and local requirements

  • Strategize, execute and optimize integrated lead generation campaign to driving ecommerce strategy across identified channels in order to drive maximum traffic and lead generation

Vendor and Agency Management/Relationships

  • Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital and marcom projects and ensure high-quality deliverables

  • Partner with sourcing related to scouting, reviewing, evaluating, negotiating and maintaining the vendor pool & relationships

  • Effective agency management by developing marketing workflows, SOPs, standard briefing document, and feedback process to improve the quality of deliverables

Marketing Analytics

  • In conjunction with the Marketing Analytics team, track marketing ROI and develop insights to drive continuous improvement in marketing performance

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires 6 plus years of experience in the Marketing & Customer/Marketing Communications. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
