Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in Program Management.

• Experience in Project Planning, Stakeholder Management, Communication, Risk Management, or Project Execution.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• Experience in proposing and implementing process improvements.

• Experience driving cross-product areas, sites, and team programs without direct authority.

• Ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a changing environment.

• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. • Identify and monitor key metrics supporting the health of the overall programs. Assist and train stakeholders, product, and engineering teams when process gaps are identified.

• Manage the execution of projects within programs that have established processes to Google Ads for Account Management deliverables.

• Communicate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, User Experience, Product, Operations, Legal, Sales) and executive leadership regarding execution updates, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.

• Work with engineers, product managers, and program managers preparing project plans, and identifying and managing cross-project dependencies.

• Execute operational models and processes to improve the predictability of project schedules, help with the introduction of tools and automations for tracking and reporting progress to different stakeholders.
