The Process Chemist for Radiometer is responsible for optimizing production performance by improving yield and capacity as well as daily production support. In the production, work is done with automated machines, dispensing of solution, 3D scanning, visual inspection, singulation and final testing. The equipment is used as part of the production process of our Sensor Cassettes, which are an indispensable part of our diagnostic devices. The candidate can look forward to a role within a dynamic environment, with clearly defined objectives related to improving quality, capacity and on-time delivery using LEAN by use of data. This will include:

  • Optimizations and improvements of existing production processes and equipment

  • Drive and participate in projects to improve processes and equipment and LEAN activities

  • Systematic problem solving of e.g., quality problems and production stops

  • Production support e.g., change control, document updates, deviations handling

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Process optimization of current and future production to meet growth and demand

  • Qualification and validation activities of equipment and processes

  • Daily production support including systematic problem solving

  • Interacting with relevant internal stakeholders influencing the department’s objectives, such as Engineering, R&D and Quality departments

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor or master’s in chemical engineering, chemistry, engineering or similar technical education

  • Experience with process optimization and chemistry (e.g. material science, polymer chemistry, flow chemistry, automated processes)

  • Experience with GMP production and production environment

  • Systematic, structured, and holistic mindset

  • Independent, responsible, analytical, and solution-oriented

  • Fluent in Danish and English
