Role overview:

As our Head of Marketing & Communication, you'll be instrumental in shaping our brand identity, increasing brand awareness, and driving growth. From crafting innovative marketing strategies to nurturing strategic partnerships, your creativity and leadership will be the driving force behind Giftify's ascent to new heights. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a talented team while making a tangible impact on our company's trajectory.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Marketing & Communication strategy aligned with Giftify's growth objectives.

• Create compelling marketing collateral and materials for sales and product initiatives.

• Amplify brand visibility through strategic social media management, PR campaigns, and cohesive messaging.

• Lead digital channel management and collaborate with agencies to optimise performance.

• Organise impactful B2B events to engage key stakeholders and drive business opportunities.

• Support product launches and conduct market analysis to inform go-to-market strategies.

• Establish and oversee outsourced marketing services to enhance our offerings.

Required skills or tools knowledges

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Marketing & Communications Manager within fintech or financial services.

• Track record of developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies, with B2B and B2C experience preferred.

• Strong proficiency in English with exceptional writing and editing skills.

• Experience with SEO, social media management, and tools such as HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Webflow, Figma, and Adobe Suite preferred.

• Strategic mindset with a focus on growth, product marketing, and content development.

• Analytical acumen to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• Positive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and a collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork.
