Medtronic Tender Specialist - (1 Year Contract) in Bucharest, Romania

A Day in the Life

· Preparation and submission of required documentation connected to public tenders and bids

· Support tender team in pricing aspects of tender process and online catalogue selling

· Administer customer contract pricing and ensure pricing governance according to company policy

· Manages pricing disputes & overrides.

· Maintain contacts with the customers in relation to tender contracts and other business offers

· Manages tender contracts and contract data base according to company policy and keeps all parties involved about pending status of contracts

Must Haves

· University Degree

· Minimum 1 year experience in tender documents preparation and SEAP using

· A good command of the Romanian and English language, both spoken and written is essential

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel

Nice to Haves

· Knowledge of public procurement law and administrative law will be advantage

· Experience in the local healthcare industry working with tender, contracts, procurement or similar
