Position Overview: As the Sales Manager - Automated Equipment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of audits, servicing, parts sales, rework, and controls upgrades functions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments and drive the growth of our service and parts sales business. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients, manage service operations, identify growth opportunities, and oversee rework and controls upgrades will be crucial in achieving success in this role. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a team of parts sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve performance objectives. * Oversee the execution of audits, service operations, rework, and controls upgrades, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting service contracts, maintenance plans, parts sales, and controls upgrades to existing and new clients. * Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced customer satisfaction in service, rework, and controls operations. * Foster strong client relationships by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing effective solutions to ensure client retention and loyalty. * Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' offerings to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). * Five years of experience in audits, service, parts sales, rework, and controls upgrades within the automated equipment industry. * Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving performance targets. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in utilizing CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment. * Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and industry events.
