Lowe's Sr Manager, Information Security - Transformation and Strategy in Charlotte, North Carolina

As the Information Security- Senior Manager of Transformation and Strategy within the Information Security Group at Lowe's Companies, you'll be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and transformation programs to enhance our cybersecurity posture. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of the Office of the CISO, you'll lead a team of professionals and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement innovative strategies, processes, and technologies that strengthen our security capabilities and mitigate risk.

What You’ll Do

As Sr. Manager, Information Security, Transformation and Strategy, you will :

  • *Strategic Planning: * Lead the development and execution of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Transformation Initiatives: Drive transformation programs to modernize and optimize cybersecurity operations, processes, and technologies, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business units, and leadership to align cybersecurity initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.

  • Risk Management: Collaborate with GRC to assess, analyze, and mitigate cybersecurity risks through proactive identification, evaluation, and implementation of risk management strategies and controls.

  • Innovation and Research: Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions and approaches to enhance security posture.

  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of cybersecurity initiatives, providing regular reports and updates to senior leadership.

  • Transformation Management: Drive organizational transformation by promoting a culture of security awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role you will;

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Have 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, strategy consulting, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and transformation efforts.

  • Have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).

  • Have experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.

  • Have relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, PMP).

Where You’ll Be

  • Associates are required to relocate to the Charlotte region to foster collaboration and facilitate improved testing and support.

  • Lowe’s supports a Flex Office concept where in-person work is required two days per week at the Mooresville Store Support Center (SSC).

  • Most business meetings are planned around the Eastern time zone.

Pay Range for CA, CO, HI, NJ, NY, WA: $122,600.00 - $232,900.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
