Key job responsibilities

o Manage and drive BPO Vendor performance, work with Vendor to help them improve the quality and productivity. Act as the key person to work with BPO vendor on the payment, compliance audit, resource utilization issues.

o Capacity management: partner with finance team and Operation leaders on long-term and short-term HC requirements; work with Operation leaders on resource utilization.

o Work with Operation team to identify process improvement opportunity, facilitate best practices and standard work.

o Lead the launch and monitor project/program progress. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.

o Partner with the destination team, product and tech teams to effectively prioritize feature requirements.

o Interface between operation team and BI/Product/Legal team to facilitate process/system changes.

o Establish collaborative relationships with destination program management team to reduce effort and/or improve SP experience.

o Any Add-hoc task assigned by leaders.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
