We are seeking qualified candidates for the next open position

Work Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Clearance: Current Active Secret

Education: BS/BA; and 5 years of experience

Experience: 8 years of relevant professional experience (or combination of education, training, and experience)

Certification: ITIL Foundations (or must be able to obtain within 90 days of hire)

LCAT: Configuration Management Specialist Associate

Specific Duties:

Knowledge of Logistics and Operations Management, particularly in the IT industry or in a DoD environment. Equipment Control Officer (ECO) responsible for management of equipment listed in his/her assigned units. Resolve customer complaints or problems and confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities. Work closely with the organization's asset management program, ensuring all assets are reported accurately Provide guidance and annual training and appointment letters for equipment custodians Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others - maintaining them over time. The ECO will manage the process of receipt and transfer of all IT assets and complete necessary documentation to establish custodial responsibility. Assures conformance with Air Force property accountability regulations and requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience supporting a Government and/or Department of Defense customer. Knowledge and ability to track and update government owned assets in Defense Property Accounting System (DPAS) Commitment to maintaining the highest standard of customer service with outstanding written and oral communication. Experience with MS Office Professional to include Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, Project and Visio.
