A Senior Industrial Services Engineer is needed for the world's largest food and beverage company in the Crete, NE area. This role entails overseeing the design, construction, and start-up of diverse industrial service systems while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and operational goals in a manufacturing setting.

responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the project team, providing detailed design support, construction validation, and start-up assistance for various industrial services mechanical equipment.

• Ensure alignment of technical expertise with safety, quality, and operational objectives by coordinating with internal and external specialists.

• Supervise the safe and efficient installation and start-up of industrial services to meet operational requirements.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal company standards throughout the design and operation of industrial service plants.

• Promote resource conservation and sustainability initiatives within the facility.

Skills:

• Proficiency in a range of industrial service systems including steam, hot water, cooling towers, chill water, refrigeration, compressed air, industrial waste, and HVAC.

• Project management skills and ability to manage third-party engineering consultants.

• Familiarity with utility design, installation, and operational best practices.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.

• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
