About the role

  • As Project Manager, you will lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery. This is a remote position with up to 50% travel.

  • We are looking for a project manager with Healthcare or clinical experience to support one of our pharmaceutical clients in building new plasma center locations across the country.

What you’ll do

  • Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.

  • Demonstrate capability to read, understand and apply standard to documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.

  • Interact directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule, quality control, and risk identification.

  • Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.

  • Implement communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources advised.

  • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.

  • Supervise progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Ensure objectives, budget and schedule are met.

  • Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders.

  • Demonstrate ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

What you’ll need

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree. No less than four years of related experience or training.

  • PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.

  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to troubleshoot problems involving several options in situations.

  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.

  • Decisions made with detailed understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.

The minimum pay for this position is $110,000.00 annually and the maximum pay for this position is $125,000.00 The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
