Logistics and Equipment Manager Job Locations US-OH-WPAFB ID 2024-8045 Category Other Type Regular Full-Time Overview Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Logistics and Equipment Manager to support AFRL/RY at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Responsibilities Provide logistics and equipment management support for the OneRY Range, Blue Guardian, Plasma Physics laboratory (PPSL), the Antenna Technology and Electromagnetic Structures (ATEMS) laboratory, the Multi-Spectral Technology Laboratory (MTL), the Electro-Optical/Infra-Red/Laser Radar (EO/IR/LADAR) laboratories and other branch laboratories. Assist the government equipment sub-custodian in developing plans to track equipment and ensure labs are always ready to support all branch research activities. Implement one or more logistics programs to include Composite Tool Kit (CTK) custodian duties using AFRLI21-101, Logistics Maintenance Management, Technical Orders 32-1-101, Use and Care of Hand Tools and Measuring Tools; 32B14-3-1-101, Operation and Service Instructions Torque Indicating Devices. Sub-equipment custodian using AFRLI23-101, Logistics Materiel Control Activity (LMCA) and RYOI23-201, RY Purchasing Coordination Process. Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) monitor using Technical Orders 00-20-14, Air Force Metrology and Calibration Program; and 33K-1-100-1, Calibration Procedure for Maintenance Data Collection Codes and Calibration Measurement Summaries. Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) point of contact using Technical Order 00-25-234, General Shop Practice Requirements for the Repair, Maintenance, and Test of Electrical Equipment and AFRLI21-101, Logistics Maintenance Management. Logistics Support Stocks (LSS) monitor using AFRLI23-101, Logistics Materiel Control Activity (LMCA). Perform Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) servicing in accordance with the manuals located in the Technical Data System and document the inspection and service using Technical Order 00-20-1, Aerospace Equipment Maintenance Inspection, Documentation, Policy and Procedures and Technical Order 34-1-3, Inspection and Maintenance machinery and Shop Equipment. Accomplish government provided training when applicable. Provide logistics support of equipment and data processing hardware for technology demonstration programs and provides support for test and evaluation programs in the Directorate (support laboratory tests, support field tests, support flight tests, support operational technology demonstrations. Provide support for technology insertion and system integration for research and development programs and associated support equipment. Provide support of test equipment, as well as development and delivery of engineering and logistics support data required to support AFRL/RYZ's sensor program activities. Document equipment inventory and maintenance of test equipment IAW maintenance standards and instructions. Provide support both on and off-site either through internal company resources or through the use of sub-contract personnel/vendors. Have knowledge of equipment accounts and instructions to ensure compliance with all applicable DoD and Air Force Instructions for directorate owned equipment. Provide on-site facility support including for maintenance, upgrades and modifications. The contractor shall conduct a logistics program to maintain compliance with Air Force, AFRL/RY, and base-wide regulations. Be familiar with applicable requirements and able to apply them in performance of this contract. Provide on-site daily operations and maintenance services for this program. Ensure comprehensive compliance with AFRL/RY logistics policies. Pass all inspections.
