Job Description

This results-oriented individual is experienced in managing multiple projects of varying complexity through all stages of the commercialization process, using a variety of tools and processes (Agile methodology, waterfall, etc.). This digitally-savvy candidate must demonstrate the ability to lead projects with a client-focused lens, manage budgets, risks, and quality expectations to ensure new products are successfully integrated into systems and processes. The candidate will create project plans, manage milestones, and structure and lead meetings to drive deliverables.

Skills and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree preferred

* 5 years' experience as a project manager, preferably in product development, with a proven track record working on the development and implementation of large, complex projects, including technology projects.

* Proven relationship-building ability with various internal and external groups/teams (including senior leaders) building mutual trust and collaboration.

* Skillful in-person/virtual meeting facilitation producing defined outcomes and deliverables to ensure team alignment.

* Excellent communication, organizational, time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize competing requests and requirements while performing effectively under pressure.

* Strong financial, analytical, and quantitative skills

* Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management disciplines and techniques for product development

* Digitally savvy with a passion for learning new technologies, complex business/ technical concepts, including application and comfort in a testing/first use environment

* Skilled in project management software tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, ClickUp)

* Adept at using Microsoft Office suite applications

* PMP, PMI, SCRUM or other project management certification

* Experience managing external vendor relationships and deliverables

* Leadership development industry experience a plus or LMS (learning management systems) null
