Description and Requirements

1、技术规划：把握技术演进趋势和重点客户需求，负责通用机架服务器，AI服务器产品的特性定义和需求管理，构建领先的技术、质量、TCO、快速响应客户需求的综合竞争力。

2、架构与系统设计：负责服务器产品系统方案设计、关键特性方案设计，负责对需求和产品方案落地中的难点、痛点问题进行突破，提供创新的解决方案，对产品竞争力和设计质量负责。

3、负责产品各领域技术冲突协调和仲裁、需求跟踪管理、设计方案维护和优化、变更控制等设计全生命周期维护和管理的工作。

4、负责系统设计领域的规范建设、流程、方法改进，促进设计开发效率和质量的提升。

岗位要求：

1、计算机工程、电子工程相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上电路设计、系统调试、电源和信号完整性、热设计等相关经验； 3、3年以上服务器或存储系统架构设计、软硬件联合设计经验； 4、最好有软硬件性能调优、功耗调优的工作经验，熟悉相关的工具和方法； 5、深入理解计算机体系结构； 6、在CPU、内存、SSD、网卡等部件的应用和设计原理上有成功的实践经验； 7、理解虚拟化、数据库、分布式存储和深度学习等系统的实现原理； 8、在大团队、跨团队的项目推动和组织方面有成功经验。
