To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub .  Description and Requirements As a Graphic Designer for our Solutions & Services Group, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and impactful graphics, illustrations, and layouts for proposals and marketing materials. Working closely with the proposal writing and sales teams, you will transform complex technical concepts and solutions into visually engaging content that effectively communicates our company's value proposition to clients. This role requires a keen eye for design, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines. Your Responsibilities:  Graphic Design Create visually appealing and professional graphics, illustrations, and layouts for proposals, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials. Develop custom visual elements, such as infographics, diagrams, charts, and icons, to communicate complex technical concepts and solutions effectively. Cross Functional Collaboration Collaborate with proposal writers, subject matter experts, and sales teams to understand technical content and key messages, translating them into visually engaging designs. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, solicit feedback, and incorporate revisions as needed. Scheduling & Time Management Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating time effectively to meet proposal deadlines. Create and maintain project schedules, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion of design work. Quality Assurance Conduct quality checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards. Review proposal layouts and presentations for visual appeal, readability, and effectiveness in conveying key messages to the target audience. Technical Proficiency Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and best practices to continually enhance design skills and capabilities. Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word). Role Qualifications: 6+ years of experience supporting graphic design in a bid and proposal context is a must.  Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with proposal management software and tools. Ability to work as part of a global team which may require engaging across distances, cultures, and time zones in a matrix organizational structure.
