Ferguson is currently seeking a Project Management Coordinator to join our team! This position will focus on Fluid Sealing Cut Gasket projects.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input internal customer orders and check on the status of orders

• Collaborate with associates to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives

• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management

• Aids field teams over a project’s lifecycle through tracking and driving administrative process for the project

• Assists with required tasks: Purchasing Materials from Approved Vendors.

• Works with document control systems and other software to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience is preferred

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices

• Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)

Pay Range:

$15.58 - $25.39

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
