职位将负责公立医院客户大影像医疗设备项目（MR CT DSA PET等）管理和开展公司指定区域分销商关系，主要为甘肃，完善渠道和区域管理，同时达到市场占有份额目标，以完成大区经营计划中规定的区域和客户的销售指标和利润目标。

Job Description

工作职责：

• 在指定的区域内完成公司下达的销售指标；• 执行公司的市场策略和销售政策；• 为分销商提供产品支持，协助分销商达成销售指标；• 在所在区域开发/建立并维护良好的分销经营渠道；• 建立和维护客户的长期关系，提高客户的满意度；• 利用销售工具收集/分析所在区域的市场情况，寻找潜在的机会，提供准确的市场预测；• 开展和组织所负责区域的市场推广和销售活动；• 挖掘和跟踪政府采购项目机会。

任职资格：

• 大学本科或以上学历，医学，工程背景优先；

• 5年以上医疗器械/耗材分销商管理经验或直接销售经验；

• 高度诚信和敬业精神，遵守公司相关规定；

• 较强的市场开拓和沟通能力及优秀的谈判技巧；

• 能用英语阅读专业资料并写作，熟练操作电脑；

• 卓越的对内对外沟通技能；

• 团队工作的技能（包括寻找和利用各种资源达成目标的能力）

• 良好的演讲技能

• 能够承受相应压力，并拥有自我学习的意愿和能力。
