As our Logistics Project Manager, you will own and lead the logistics function for an exciting new rail opportunity. In this role, you will collaborate with all internal and external installation partners, subcontractors, and consortium partners to deliver results and be responsible for the function within the project.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead the logistic team (both On and Offshore) efforts for a highly strategic program

  • Drive continuous improvement as you implement the logistic processes and procedures as agreed with the Operations Manager and report their status

  • Run logistics, including import, export, and shipping requirements and their flow-down in proposals, forecasting, and controlling globally

  • Implement the required logistic processes and procedures (packaging, tax, duties, tools, etc.)

  • Manage logistic subcontracts for transportation and storage and other log functions

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics

  • 8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and Logistics

  • A deep understanding of domestic and international transportation modes, including complex rail and heavy-haul transportation

  • Detailed knowledge of commercial terms, regulations, instruments, and safety standards associated with supply chain management

  • Passion and self-motivation to achieve goals and contribute to business success

  • Flexibility to adjust and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements, schedules, and priorities

  • Must be able to communicate clear proposals and ideas to non-technical associates, peers, and management for further execution

  • Comfortable organizing and completing workshops; proven presentation skills

  • Experience in project management. This role will require managing a project within a project.

This career is based in Las Vegas, NV. We offer a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees, including PTO, 401k match, and tuition reimbursement. The base salary range for this position in Las Vegas, NV, is $120,300 - $162,400, and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
