Our DEI team is looking for a highly motivated intern from 1st August 2024 for 6 months.

Our Region 2 People & Culture Development Team supports employees and managers with Leadership Development, Employee and Organizational Development, Employee Engagement and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Your Responsibilities:
Support of in-house media channels for the communication of diversity & inclusion topics and activities
Create texts, articles, podcasts and presentations for online and offline media
Research, analysis and project work in the areas of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Participation in the organization and administration of internal and external events
Design and implementation of workshops, trainings and presentations
What Skills You Need:
Interested in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
First experience in project work and editorial work (texts, articles, advertisements, announcements...) is an advantage as is experience in the DEI space
Very good skills in dealing with and communicating with various target groups is required
Creativity and interest to familiarize yourself with new methods and tools
In-depth knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written, and proficient with MS Office applications
Pursuing a degree in Communications, Media, Linguistics, Humanities, Business Studies or Journalism
