Job Description

The community is looking for a passionate Digital Content Manager to join our rapidly growing team (on-site) in an immediate opportunity for a full-time position.

Our team is dedicated to helping our clients unlock growth by enabling change in areas like brand positioning, customer experience, sales and marketing while unlocking the unique capabilities of their organization.

Reporting to the Senior Production Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across accounts, creative, strategy, analytics, and client technical teams, bringing consumer experience insights and UX/UI best practices and principles to life. This position will be in charge to shape relevant and compelling web content aligned to consumer interests and search behavior and distribute content that drives traffic. You will manage over 30 dealership websites in 15 markets in Latin America whose responsibilities include oversight of the creative working directly with the client, getting briefing about new requests, feedback about ongoing projects.

This role will be the main point of contact for the digital marketing manager and liaison between local clients and global digital teams.

  • Manage all websites content strategy and calendar creation to ensure content that is strategically aligned to the brand KPI.

  • Development of websites from scratch, and manage the process and content from the kick off to launch and any updates afterwards

  • Working across client and internal teams to craft appropriate website experiences – including UX writing, SEO, Email marketing, Social media and more in support of client content marketing programs.

  • Organizing and planning annual brand launches, including new dealer websites and campaign websites for main activations. Finding opportunities and working with other departments to ensure websites are appropriately written, managed and published on time.

  • Responsible for training clients on best practices concerning all website features and applications such as Live chat, SEO, UTM applications, and understanding Google Analytics reports.

  • Creating monthly and quarterly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, recommendations, and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years relevant work experience with Website / digital content management and project management.

  • Bilingual English and Spanish.

  • Client Management experience

  • Experience with launching, updating and monitoring websites.

  • You must be an analytical person who knows how to make decisions based on first and third-party data.

  • Excellent project management, time management, & organizational skills, detail-oriented.

  • Must have experience in website management & experience in CMS website administration (Sitecore, Wordpress, Joomla, Splash, etc.), as well as Google Analytics management

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable and confident leading cross department teams, brainstorms, and projects forwards.
