The Position Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing, this position is responsible for the vision, personas, user journeys and marketing automation roadmap to support campaign plans that drive engagement, e-commerce, lead generation and loyalty conversions. Organize insights and input to make marketing automation recommendations for audience segments inspired by performance benchmarks. Define creative assets needed to support email and SMS experiences. Manage marketing automation projects to meet timing, investment and goal expectations while reporting on performance and optimizations. Main Responsibilities Deliver an efficient and unified, omnichannel brand identity experience. Manage the delivery of campaign plans to achieve KPI\'s for society and BU goals. Lead marketing automation recommendations, resourcing, budget allocations and optimizations. Create Digital Experience Roadmaps and campaign recommendations & optimizations. Design and sets up Marketing Automation workflows triggered by audience behavioral events. Own the workflow for modern eMail design, scheduling & deployment. Collaborate with Program Managers and Subject Matter Experts for content curation and adaptation for email delivery. Develop the road map for future marketing automation including scoping text message deployments. Manage data source integrations and create the standards for data governance and compliance for unsubscribes and spam. Tabulate and analyze data from marketing automation platforms and onsite conversions. Adhere to ASQ Competencies: Accountability, Communication, Continuous Improvement, and Teamwork.
