About The Role:

As a CBRE Marketing Specialist you will work directly with business leads and brokers in the local market to develop strategies and marketing materials to support new client acquisition. They will write and design marketing materials including written proposals, presentations and brochures.

This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.

What You'll Do:

  • Leads pursuit-based marketing initiatives for target prospects while collaborating with internal stakeholders and groups.

  • Works directly with brokers and graphic designers to create marketing collateral, including proposals and presentations.

  • Prepares proposal materials, including writing, editing, verifying and formatting proposal information.

  • Creates a wide variety of templated, company-sanctioned marketing materials as well as custom materials using Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint.

  • Project manages across different teams to ensure schedules are met and the various aspects of marketing deliverables are accurate and concisely delivered in a timely manner.

  • Writes and reviews internal and external collateral materials, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding and approves materials for final distribution.

  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing and handling multiple deadlines.

  • Apply general knowledge of standard concepts and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.

  • Have a broad knowledge of own job field and some knowledge of several job subject areas within the function.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.

  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Preferred knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
