JOB SUMMARY

• As a Cluster Hotel Manager, you lead your hotels to new successes and consistently pursue our corporate goals.

• You are motivated to manage two hotels of different Marriott brands, taking into account the different brand standards.

• Your heart beats for the leadership, motivation and sustainable training of your teams, you see this as the basis for long-term success.

• As a dedicated hotel manager, you take care of all aspects of your hotels, from precise budgeting and effective control of external companies to ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

• You are a team player and work closely with various interface departments to ensure the smooth running of your hotels.

• The diversity of guests from all over the world enriches your work and you love to inspire them with your hospitality, you are not only a manager but also an active part of the operational team, multicompetence is your personal incentive.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Completed proffesional training in the hotel industry or as a business economist / hotel business economist, you think entrepreneurially and have excellent business management skills.

• Several years of management experience, ideally you have worked in the position of Hotel Manager in the international chain hotel branch.

• Profound industry knowledge of the Munich hotel market

• Initiative, team orientation and a motivating management style are your strengths.

• You are characterized by organizational talent, independent work and stress resistance.

• You live the hands-on mentality and your are deeply service-oriented, as a host with heart you create unforgettable experiences for our guests
