Makes appropriate changes to policies, standards, procedures, and efficiencies to meet objectives. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. Maximizes department achievements by providing professional development. Ensures bank needs are met through prioritization and resource allocation. Supports budget forecasting, capital planning and invoicing; Business Support - Directs solution development, business analysis, or testing activities, including the determination of scope, time and cost estimates, and system impact. Elicits and refines program and technology roadmaps, including setting priority and understanding cross team impacts; Technical Expertise - Serves as a technical expert and strategic leader to senior management, associates, and business units. Ensures that team activities comply with all appropriate configuration, change controls, and security standards. Identifies and holds accountable vendors and internal teams in support of system updates and maintenance; and Performs threat and vulnerability metrics and reporting across various teams and business units.Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus five (5) years of relevant experience. Must have three (3) years of experience utilizing Vulnerability Management in Windows, Linux and containerized environments; three (3) years of experience effectively managing a hybrid and remote team in different geographical locations; two (2) years of experience utilizing technical understanding of firewalls, switches, and routers for deployment of internal and external tool recommendations; two (2) years of experience with Application Security, utilizing an understanding of SDLC and security practices such as SAST and DAST for secure development of software applications; and two (2) years of experience with Patch Management, utilizing an understanding of patching schedules and dependencies.
