What part will you play?

  • In your role as Product Owner, you will be part of an international team of experts responsible for the development of market-leading software for SICAM energy automation systems

  • In close cooperation with the portfolio and product management as well as other product owners, you define, detail and prioritise requirements for the further development of the products

  • You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining product and release backlogs and ensuring the continuous delivery of products

  • You accompany the development activities, support the creation of user documentation and carry out validations of the developed functions after completion of the tests

  • In addition, you are responsible for the market-driven evaluation of requirements and take responsibility for the development of market-driven technical solutions in close cooperation with the agile development teams

  • You will also communicate with our internal and external customers, users and promoters worldwide

What you need to make real what matters.

  • The basis is your university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable qualification

  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of energy and control engineering

  • Ideally, you already have project experience in the automation of switchgear and in dealing with renewable energies and the resulting requirements for automation technology

  • You also have experience in the area of IEC 61131 - 3 (e.g. CFC - Continuous Function Chart)

  • Furthermore, you have an agile mindset and knowledge of agile software development methodologies

  • Ideally you have a certification as Product Owner or Product Manager

  • You are characterised by your structured, independent and transparent way of working as well as your goal-oriented and appropriate communication

  • You have strong communication and motivation skills as well as good interpersonal skills

  • You are willing to travel and open to working with international teams

  • You are fluent in German and business fluent in English
