Service Technician

Schedule: 4 days a week, 10 hour shifts

Pay: Flat Rate Pay - depends on experience level

Responsibilities/Our ideal candidate:

• The Service Technician is responsible for fixing their customer’s vehicle on the first visit as well as supporting their team to do the same.

• Deliver the best customer experience during every customer interaction

• You are able to instruct and support qualified technicians and system technicians in diagnosis and troubleshooting work.

• You have basic knowledge of quality control loops and processes

• You revel a high level of willingness to learn and have the potential to learn.

• You regard yourself as a representative of the company and the Mercedes-Benz brand, think and act in a service-oriented manner, and professionally implement all specifications from Mercedes-Benz as regards to outstanding customer experience.

• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

• Professional appearance and work ethic

• Effective interpersonal communication skills

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older

• Manufacture certifications are required

• Prior automotive repair experience is required

• ASE and manufacturer certification, desired

• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence is required
