The Product Test Engineer position provides the successful candidate with an immediate opportunity to be involved with technology that helps save lives, improve patient outcomes, and reduce the cost of medicine around the world. Your Responsibilities

• Leads the development and release of Manufacturing processes, tools and equipment for PDLM projects, both outsourced and in-house. Can also lead Manufacturing process development activities in Advanced Development projects.

• Create and modify test scripts used in existing test platforms during NPI and transfer.

• Drafting and release test documents to guide the operations on test platforms used in NPI and transfer.

• Engaging in test platform development as a main workforce on software design.

• Executing software validation such as software reqs, validation plans and reports.

• Participating in digitalization projects to develop software for data consolidation.

• Cooperate with product industrialization test engineers in other site for software debug/upgrade.

• Providing training to team members for basic programming skills.

Your Team

• The Product Industrialization team is based in Shanghai, works in close collaboration with Operations, R&D, Purchasing, and Q&R locally and across the globe. The fast paced environment places emphasis on a first time right approach, as such in-depth knowledge of product design, root-cause analysis and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for

• 5+ years experience as a software design engineer with familiarity on LabVIEW, C# and Python.

• Proficient in English; CET-4 (CET-6 preferred) or equivalent certification.

• Demonstrated capability on engineering thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge on instruments communication/control is a plus.

• Familiarity of statistical tools (e.g Minitab) for data analysis is a plus.

• Understanding for medical standards (e.g. ISO13485) is a plus
