Sales Operation Manager will work closely with distributors in Asia Pacific to provide adequate assistance on the effective operation in channels to drive revenue to build a sizable and profitable business as well as customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and execute excellence on distributor management

• Drive the performance review cadences with distributors by working closely with sales team

• Support sell-in with excellence on value chain analysis

• Maintain sales related SOP

• Assist sales team in Asia Pacific regions from SC perspective to establish business model for emerging channels and contributes to business development

• Manager distributors relationships in daily operations, which include trademark/IP licensing, SAP account management, contract management, product information with marketing& global SC and RA team, order support with global supply chain for the effective operation of channels

  You bring

• Past online sales and/or sales ops experiences highly recommended

• 10 years of experience in sales operation or data analysis;

• Strategic planning and business management (problem-solving, sales forecasting, P&L analysis, fixed cost budget analysis);

• Excellent in Microsoft Office Software;

• Consumer and customer centric thinking;

• Pro-active, initiative, responsible, resilient self-motivator mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
