What you’ll do:

• 售后服务商管理流程建立及落地、质量考核及结果输出；

• 服务商新建及撤销、押金办理等相关工作；

• 服务商费用结算、备件管理及培训安排等；

• 备件采购及交期跟进，确保服务备件需求供应；

• 服务商PPE、工具、工衣等年度更新及发放。

Qualifications:

• 本科以上学历，专业不限；

• 3年以上售后服务或者服务商管理相关从业经验；

• 熟练操作SAP系统，主要是CS及PP模块优先考虑；

• 精通office办公软件，较强的数据分析及总结能力；

• 英语能作为工作语言优先；

• 良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
