Crouse Hospital Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist in Syracuse, New York

Responsible for supporting the delivery of primary services to employees and future employees of Crouse Hospital while maintaining general knowledge of all Human Resource services. These services include the planning and organization of recruiting and retention for various positions/ service lines within the hospital. In addition, the Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist is responsible for employee relations, union issues, coaching and counseling of managers and employee training and development. Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business related field with a concentration in Human Resource Management or a minimum of 4 years of Human Resource experience. Must exhibit strong interpersonal and customer service skills, written and oral communication skills, strategic, critical, and analytical thinking skills. Must also be able to handle and diffuse difficult situations. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and database management is required.

Salaried $65,000 + based on experience
