Scope

Reviews the quality of digital marketing information and document specific issues in tools provided. Will provide digital marketing content quality review and feedback support to 25 to 50 assigned auto dealerships.

Primary Responsibilities

75% - Test and assess the time and quality of response from assigned dealerships through e-mail inquiries from the customer perspective regarding sales and services. Ensures all contact information provided is up to date and accurate. Review the quality of specific social media and reputation outlets to ensure up-to-date information has been posted and all links are functioning appropriately. Review the content quality of assigned dealerships' websites and mobile sites. Test and ensure high quality functionality of the website and mobile sites, including online chat features. Record identified issues in tools provided.

25% - Provide management with status updates, issues and overall progress towards review objectives and dealer specific tasks. Coordinate tasks and communicate with rest of team as necessary. Assist other team analysts with miscellaneous duties (i.e. - Completing SEO Scorecards, etc.)

Qualifications

  1. Associate's degree preferred.

  2. Web/Digital Marketing experience required

  3. Automotive dealership marketing experience a plus.

  4. Excellent written communication skills to clearly explain identified issues and provide informative feedback.

  5. Must possess a high level of attention to detail.
