Responsibilities:

• Participation in brand and product marketing from product development to comunnication

• Support brand management team in brand strategy preparation and execution

• Coordination of brand activities

• Social media communication

• Adaptation and localization of communication assets

• Adaptation and development of packaging

• Cooperation with other departments (sales, logistics, category, finance, legal)

• Cooperation with external agencies and media house

• Competition and market analysis

• Active contribution to the international brand team

Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience or internships in the marketing department preferably in the FMCG industry

• Higher education or the final years of studies, preferably in the field of business or marketing

• Understanding of marketing and project management principles

• Proficient in English

• Proficient in Polish

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills, goal orientation and good time management

• Proactive approach and can-do-it attitude

• Availability to work full-time.

• Aspiration to develop a career in marketing
